Every aspect of my dental visit was great. Having background working in the dental field, I'm very mindful of quality of care, communication, and overall experience. The staff were caring, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at home right when I walked in. In particular, Betsy, Ashley, and Bronwyn were meticulous with the care and assistance they provided. We have been patients of Plumb dental for over 10 years. We used to drive 2.5 hours to go to Dr. Plumb luckily now we only have to go 45 minutes. Dr. Plumb and his entire staff has ALWAYS been professional, friendly, compassionated and knowledgeable. The amount of time spent explaining options is always appreciated and the care given is above and beyond whether it’s a routine cleaning or a dental procedure. Cannot say enough good things based on our lengthy experience with them.
